Accountability aligned to the goals and objectives of an organization are needed, but often poorly developed. Waterhorse has created numerous tools to assist in this effort. From needs assessments, to customer satisfaction surveys, pre/post tests and course/instructor evaluations, to program assessments that drive personnel to meet the requirements of a contract, Waterhorse can help. All efforts produce data that can be utilized to determine effectiveness, improve performance, justify funding, and confirm professionalism and customer focus. Waterhorse has conducted numerous formal research studies to include The Impact of Deployment on National Guard Families, The Impact of Deployment on National Guard Youth (2006), The National Guard Child Care Survey, Veterans Health Administration Action Research and The Transition Experience for the Reserve Component.

Planning included all logistical coordination (site selection/catering/registration), preparation of training materials, selection/coordination of speakers and review of presentations, development, dissemination, analysis and reporting of training evaluations, and following all governmental/organizational guidelines. The size of these annual trainings and diversity of the attendees’ roles/responsibilities required unique tracks of training be provided to separate groups of personnel all of which was coordinated and delivered. An overall conference evaluation was also performed at each event and feedback used to make improvements to subsequent conferences.
